For one of my classes at California State I was tasked with examining the usability design of the Gmail application for iPhone.

During this process I started with creating a usability test plan, moderator guide, and a screener in order to recruit appropriate test participants. With these documents I was able to conduct usability test sessions both in-person and through video chat.

Upon competition of the tests I was able to compile the test data into a report and present my recommendations to the class. The below documents are a compilation of that work.
